Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level software implementations
- Coordinate 10+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Execute Agile/Scrum methodologies with daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder management with executive leadership and external partners
- Implement Jira/Confluence for real-time project tracking and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in tech/software industry
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success delivering complex projects with $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience managing remote teams and virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
