Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis
- Create detailed business process flows, data models, and functional specifications
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain project documentation including user stories and test cases
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or relevant internship
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with requirement-gathering methodologies
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
