Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational productivity.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process flows, use case diagrams, and functional specifications for the development team.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights, reports, and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex business problems.
