Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on project goals
- Validate solutions against business objectives and user needs
- Maintain and optimize data models for reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or retail sectors
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions
