Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate complex stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Facilitate workshops and create visual documentation (process flows, wireframes)
- Leverage SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to generate actionable data insights
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure seamless implementation
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and requirements management
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions
