About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be the voice of the customer and the technical expert. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to document business needs and functional requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create detailed process maps, use case diagrams, and flowcharts using Visio or UML tools.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Documentation: Write comprehensive requirement specifications and user stories for Agile teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA to define test plans and validate solutions against business requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and at least one modeling tool (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering results.
