Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling techniques
- Document detailed requirements through user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and translate business needs
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track project performance
- Create comprehensive documentation for system enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) preferred
