Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze functional requirements for new or existing systems and processes.
- Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and present complex data sets in clear, concise reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business workflows and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, and system specifications.
- Testing & QA: Assist in the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role (minimum 2 years).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization.
- Availability: Ability to work a minimum of 15-25 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
