Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and validate business needs across departments
- Design and maintain process flows, data models, and system architecture documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements using KPI-driven methodologies
- Implement Agile/Scrum practices to deliver iterative solutions with measurable impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile certification
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements in UML/SWIFT formats
- Experience with ERP implementation (SAP/Oracle) and API integration
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
