Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance metrics
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Support the implementation and testing of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
