Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using BPMN and flowcharting tools
- Document detailed requirements and create user stories for development teams
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections for proposed initiatives
- Manage project scope and deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Validate system implementations through UAT and ensure business requirements are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with financial services or healthcare focus
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements in JIRA and Confluence
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
