Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops across sales, marketing, and operations departments
- Design and implement data-driven solutions using SQL and visualization tools
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and industry best practices
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development sprints
- Create comprehensive process flows, wireframes, and documentation
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirement management systems
