As a Business Analyst at Apex Horizon Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our project lifecycle, ensuring our solutions deliver maximum value to our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, and document reviews to gather detailed business requirements and document them in clear, concise specifications.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that align with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and management to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to interpret data trends, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation including use cases, user stories, wireframes, and system requirements specifications (SRS).
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to design test scenarios, validate requirements, and ensure the final product meets quality standards.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
