Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis requirements gathering, documentation, and validation through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Model business processes, workflows, and system interactions using BPMN and UML diagrams
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and KPI improvements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Validate solution implementations through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction and analysis (advanced querying skills required)
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and requirements management (JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC frameworks
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in documenting complex requirements for enterprise applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
