Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and use case documentation using Visio or similar tools.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and sprint planning sessions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Create test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution functionality.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership on project status and business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
