Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex cross-functional projects from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in alignment with Detroit Precision Systems' strategic goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, including risks, issues, and changes.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.
- Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality standards and compliance are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven Project Management experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
