Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met without compromising quality.
- Agile Methodologies: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
