Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the team on track.
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring team capacity aligns with project demands.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and updates to senior leadership and clients regularly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Technology or Software industry.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
