Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder communication
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress and quality
- Manage project budgets exceeding $1M and track KPIs
- Facilitate client meetings and present executive-level progress reports
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team collaboration
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with IT infrastructure deployments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing complex projects with $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
