Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing transparent updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the technology or IT sector.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
