Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner proxy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or automotive industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Power BI
- Demonstrated success in requirements elicitation and validation
- Ability to thrive in urgent, deadline-driven environments
