Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting functions including month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead financial analysis initiatives to drive business decisions and optimize profitability
- Manage banking relationships and secure strategic financing for expansion projects
- Implement internal controls and ensure SOX compliance across all financial operations
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives
- Manage direct reports and develop high-performing finance talent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- Proven track record in financial leadership and team management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with SEC reporting and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
