Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage project budgets, track KPIs, and provide executive-level reporting
- Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/software development
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
