Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance
- Develop and implement strategic financial models for business growth
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with C-suite on M&A activities and capital allocation
- Mentor finance team members and ensure regulatory adherence
Qualifications
- CPA/MBA with 8+ years in corporate finance leadership
- Expertise in financial reporting, GAAP, and SOX compliance
- Proven success in scaling financial operations for mid-size companies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Experience in regulated industries (finance/healthcare preferred)
