Responsibilities
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial reporting processes and variance analysis
- Oversee SOX compliance audits and internal control frameworks
- Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and capital allocation models
- Collaborate with C-suite on M&A transactions and strategic initiatives
- Manage treasury operations including banking relationships and debt structures
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting tools
- Mentor 5-person finance team and oversee departmental KPIs
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years corporate finance experience
- Big 4 public accounting background required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Hyperion systems
- Expertise in SEC reporting and GAAP compliance
- Proven experience managing cross-functional finance teams
- Strong Excel modeling skills with VBA knowledge
