Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and executive teams
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Present executive-level progress reports and strategic recommendations
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication across all organizational levels
- Drive process improvements and implement PMO best practices
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience with SaaS/tech implementations
- PMP or CPM certification required with proven track record of complex delivery
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Asana tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing $1M+ budgets and 10+ person cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
