Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Manage project budgets and resources to optimize costs and maximize ROI.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership regularly.
- Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
