Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise software releases
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) for 15+ member teams
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation
- Manage stakeholder communication across C-suite, clients, and technical teams
- Optimize resource allocation and budget tracking for multimillion-dollar projects
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows for maximum team efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech project management with SaaS or fintech experience
- PMP or CPM certification required (Scrum Master a plus)
- Expertise in scaling agile methodologies for distributed teams
- Proven success managing complex integrations and third-party vendor relationships
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and resource forecasting tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive presentation skills
- History of delivering projects on time within 5% budget variance
