Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend financial operations including month-end/quarter-end closing processes
- Analyze financial statements and prepare executive reports for senior leadership
- Lead compliance audits and ensure adherence to SOX regulations
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial workflows
- Manage weekend accounting team and mentor junior staff
- Implement process improvements for weekend financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun, 8am-4pm)
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
- Experience with multi-state compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
