Responsibilities
- Facility Oversight: Manage daily facility operations, including security checks, lighting, and HVAC systems to ensure a safe working environment.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors and contractors for maintenance, cleaning, and logistics support on weekends.
- Administrative Support: Process weekend invoices, manage data entry tasks, and maintain accurate digital records for the corporate office.
- Event Logistics: Assist in the setup and teardown of corporate events, meetings, and conferences held on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Team Leadership: Supervise weekend staff and temporary personnel, providing clear instructions and performance feedback.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating critical concerns to the senior management team as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate operations, facilities management, or administrative support.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including holidays, as required by business needs.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks.
