Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial operations during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Suppose 5-person team including senior analysts and compliance specialists
- Execute quarterly reconciliations and regulatory reporting deadlines
- Implement process improvements for weekend transaction workflows
- Coordinate with global teams for seamless cross-functional handovers
- Lead weekend crisis management for critical financial systems
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
- 5+ years in financial operations with weekend shift experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle Financials, and Excel modeling
- Series 7 and Series 63/66 certifications preferred
- Proven leadership managing teams of 4+ professionals
- Expert knowledge of FINRA and SEC regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
