Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse and distribution operations with zero-defect standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including logistics, inventory, and customer service
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Generate real-time performance reports for executive leadership
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocol adherence
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and emergency response protocols
- Train and mentor weekend shift staff on operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate operations management
- Weekend shift experience required
- Strong proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel/Power BI
- Valid Florida driver's license
