Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process orders, track shipments, and update customer records in our CRM system accurately.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize weekend workflow and processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe working environment.
- Assist in data entry tasks and generate weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or corporate operations is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
