Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables during weekend shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business teams
- Implement Agile methodologies to ensure iterative progress and quality deliverables
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget constraints
- Communicate project status, roadblocks, and achievements to stakeholders
- Lead weekend sprint planning and retrospectives for remote and on-site teams
- Maintain detailed project documentation using JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience with weekend/hybrid work exposure
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder management
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech or SaaS industries
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
