Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage and oversee all weekend operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company protocols.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of administrative and operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational enhancement and implement strategies to streamline weekend workflows.
- Reporting: Generate and review performance reports, tracking key metrics and addressing any anomalies immediately.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients during the weekend shift, ensuring satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and corporate compliance standards are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate administration, operations management, or a similar role.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Friday through Monday (4x10 schedule).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance in a corporate setting.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
