Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software or tech industry (5+ years preferred).
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile (Scrum/Kanban) certification is highly desirable.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
