Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable 2026-era AI frameworks focused on autonomous decision-making and self-correction.
- Optimize LLM inference pipelines for ultra-low latency in real-time environments.
- Lead a high-performance team of researchers and engineers in the research and development of synthetic data generation.
- Implement advanced reinforcement learning strategies to enhance agent autonomy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate cognitive computing into consumer and enterprise solutions.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term 2026 vision goals.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade machine learning systems, specifically with Deep Learning and Neural Networks.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU-accelerated computing frameworks (CUDA, PyTorch).
- Extensive knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and prompt engineering paradigms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) at scale, specifically for AI workloads.
