Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, bio-computing) to define 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and adoption strategies to executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for disruptive technologies with global scaling potential
- Champion a culture of ethical innovation and responsible tech deployment
- Secure R&D funding through compelling proposals and ROI projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record launching breakthrough tech products (quantum/AI preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
