Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) for 2026 market impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2025-2030 transformations
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with MIT and Stanford researchers
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports read by C-suite executives globally
- Design and execute pilot programs for next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and pattern recognition methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 5+ years foresight experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis (minimum 3 white papers on 2026+ topics)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for data-driven trend modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex futures concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience with AR/VR/XR technologies and their enterprise applications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) preferred
