Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with proven impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, or sustainable tech)
- Track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/Master's preferred) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Global network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, APAC)
- Experience securing and managing R&D budgets exceeding $30M annually
