Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce actionable foresight reports for R&D, marketing, and investment teams
- Identify and assess disruptive threats and opportunities across industries
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
