Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and bio-integrated tech
- Analyze emerging tech vectors (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for advanced AI and human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum applications, or sustainable tech
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
