Responsibilities

- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
- Author position papers for international AI ethics summits
- Collaborate with policy teams on regulatory strategy
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible technology
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act requirements
- Experience with large-scale ML model auditing
