Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for machine learning models
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., Asilomar Principles, IEEE 7000)
- Proven ability to translate ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
