Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with business objectives
- Design and prototype next-gen AI systems integrating quantum computing and neuromorphic architectures
- Collaborate with C-suite to establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders through compelling whitepapers and executive briefings
- Manage cross-functional teams executing R&D initiatives for 2026 technology milestones
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 8+ years experience in AI/ML development with published research in top-tier journals
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or generative AI
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
