Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and closing high-stakes IT infrastructure projects
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage project budgets exceeding $1M while maintaining cost controls
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with IT infrastructure focus
- PMP or similar certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong experience with Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
