Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through entire project lifecycles (agile/waterfall)
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications across C-suite, clients, and technical teams
- Track KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Identify/mitigate risks and implement contingency plans
- Drive continuous process improvements in project delivery
- Maintain PMP/PMI standards and organizational governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years managing complex tech projects in automotive/manufacturing
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management $500K+
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time/budget
- Experience with Detroit-based supply chain ecosystems preferred
