Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate workshops to identify pain points and propose optimization strategies
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness
- Document business processes and workflows using Visio and Lucidchart
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
