Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ developers, QA engineers, and UX designers
- Execute agile/Scrum methodologies with 2-week sprint cycles
- Manage project budgets exceeding $1M and track ROI metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with C-level executives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure on-time delivery
- Drive digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale projects on budget
