Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, QA) to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve roadblocks proactively
- Track KPIs using Jira/Asana and generate executive status reports
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and client demos
- Mentor junior project team members on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Jira/Asana
- Strong budget management (>$500K projects)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with SDLC and waterfall hybrid models
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business
- Proven track record in Dallas tech market preferred
